Once your account is active you can generate links, see your stats, payments, creatives, and more – all in your account.
How do I generate a link for my customers?
Once you log into your account through here: https://hempdoghealth.com/affiliate-area/ you will see a menu/dasboard right above that looks like this:
To generate a link for your customers – click on ‘Affiliate URLs’
To send your customer to our site/homepage – your mail affiliate URL is automatically generated first (which can look like the screen shot below):
To generate a personal campaign link and send your customer to one of our specific pages, you can do so right below.
First, pick the page you want to send your customer too and copy that URL. Paste that URL in the first section and give your campaign any name. Next, hit generate link and send your customers to that link.
Any purchase made through this generated links will be tracked and you will receive your commission for that sale.
How do I get paid?
Becuase we’re a CBD company, a lot of payment processor’s will not work with us. Becuase of this, we pay all our affiliate by cheque every 30 days.
Make sure we have your correct billing address to receive your payment every 30 days.
Can I offer a discount code to my customers?
If you wish to offer a personal coupon code to your customers, please contact Sam at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can set that up for you!
Can I have a specific creative made for my company?
In your menu/dashboard through your account, you can see you have a variety of creatives you can input into your site. If you wish to have a personal or different creative made, please contact Sam at email@example.com and she can work with you to create one.
Who do I contact with technical difficulties?
If you experience any technical difficulties with your account, please contact Sam at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out asap!
If you click on ‘Payouts’ you will see all your past and future payments from your sales. If it has been over 30 days, and you have not received a payment or confirmation a cheque is on the way – please contact Joe at email@example.com or Sam at firstname.lastname@example.org.
